Theory
Try Science is a website for teachers which provide free lessons, teaching strategies and resources to awaken the interest of students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The students section called Kids Try Science has interesting knowledge and resources for children to study in a practical way about Science, Mathematics, Medicine, Space Science and other fields.

Procedure
1. Launch the browser by double clicking on its icon on the desktop.
2. Enter the Web address http://www.tryscience.org in the address bar and press Enter.
3. On the right side of the Web page that opens locate the Student’s section which is titled “Kids Try Science”.
4. A new page opens which gives links to various subjects such as Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Space Science and much more.
5. Select the subject of interest by clicking on the appropriate link. Eg Space Science.
6. Various activities will be listed on the page that opens. Select a suitable one by clicking on it. Eg “How do Probes Get To Space?”
7. A very simple activity is suggested on the next page which can be performed using items in everyday use such as a balloon, string and a straw.
8. Collect the items necessary to perform this activity and note down the instructions that are given.
9. Read the notes provided to understand the scientific principles behind your observations and also note the additional activities that are suggested.
10. Perform the activity as per the instructions with the help of your teacher or parent.
