To create a PowerPoint Presentation on “The Impact of ICT in Education”.
Theory
Microsoft PowerPoint is a Presentation Package which is a part of Microsoft Office. Using PowerPoint we can create, edit, and view PowerPoint Presentations. These presentations can be used in various applications like Education, Business, Home, etc.
Tools
Microsoft PowerPoint application.
Procedure
1. Collect relevant information about “The Impact of ICT in Education”.
2. Note down the points to be shown on each slide.
3. Related pictures and videos can be downloaded from the Internet.
4. Open Microsoft PowerPoint.
5. Apply a suitable theme and Background for your presentation.
6. Design the Title Slide.
7. Insert additional slides by clicking on the New Slide Button.
8. Put in the relevant text, images or other objects on the slide.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you have the required number of slides.
10. Apply transitions to each slide as required.
11. Apply the required animations to each object on the slides.
12. Set the timings of the animations and slide display and whether the presentation should run automatically.
13. Recheck the content, background, theme, timings, animations, transitions, and modify if necessary.
14. Run the presentation by clicking on Slideshow, Start Slideshow or by pressing F5.
15. Save your presentation.
